The rules compressed

The rules outlined below are not the definitive set of regulations, as the final rules will be unveiled when the contest launches in 2025. What follows is a condensed preview of the rules, offering a general overview of what will be permitted and what will not. It is essential to note that the rules, once finalized, are non-negotiable and will remain unchanged.

Who can enter

Participation in the contest requires agreement with our rules. Our rules are final and not open for discussion. If any institution or government exerts pressure on us to modify our rules and we disagree with the proposed changes, then we reserve the right to cancel the contest and issue a refund to those already entered.

This contest is for biological women (born female) and biological men (born male) only. If you would like to see a contest with transgender people in it, then we advise you to start your own and call it whatever you like, just not Official World's Sexiest. We apologize for any onconvenience but it's our vision for the contest and it will not change.

Profiles and pictures

Contestants have the option to create profiles providing details about themselves, subject to the rules governing profile creation, which will be outlined at the launch. Each contestant is limited to one profile.

Contestants can upload a maximum of 20 photographs per profile. These photos must not undergo any digital enhancements, and our software is equipped to detect such alterations. Immediate disqualification and loss of the entry fee will occur for posting digitally altered images.

NUDITY IS NOT ALLOWED, and photos must adhere to good taste. G-string (or thong) pictures are prohibited, and in bikini pictures, the top part must cover at least 70% of the breast. Contestants with non-compliant pictures will be permitted to make necessary changes. The four categories include formal wear, casual wear, beach, and evening wear, encouraging a respectable atmosphere for maximum voter participation. Porn stars are encouraged to enter, but they have to keep their clothes on.

The about section of the profile must be written in proper English, free from vulgar words or profanity.

We retain the right to disqualify any contestant, with a refund of the entry fee provided, unless the contestant uploaded digitally enhanced images, a direct violation of our rules, which forfeits the entry fee refund.
